From there, you can also schedule a personalized tour with a Tricon Leasing Consultant by clicking “SCHEDULE A TOUR” at your property of interest.

Arrange an in-person guided tour or virtual tour with our Leasing Consultants by clicking on “SCHEDULE A TOUR” on property page. Complete the requested information and click on “SUBMIT.” A Tricon Leasing Consultant will contact you within 48 hours.

Unfortunately, due to the high incidence of fraud in the rental housing industry, both online and in-person, it is essential to ensure that you are dealing with an authorized representative of Tricon. Be savvy and insist on credentials that clearly show that the agent is who they say they are. Tricon representatives are always happy to verify their identity. Do not hesitate to ask for proof.
